We are looking for an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answering incoming calls and taking messages as necessary
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Assisting with the preparation of documents, presentations, reports etc.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Processing incoming and outgoing mail in a timely fashion
Assisting with the organization of office events as needed
Maintaining accurate records in the office database system
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
