Job description

Attune is a growing business and we are now looking to hire a new team member to help us with day-to-day operations at our DIP office.

Duties and Responsibilities
The role will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities aimed at supporting the smooth operation of our office. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Supporting low-level accounting tasks and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  2. Filing Paperwork: Organising, managing, and maintaining accurate paper and digital files.
  3. Office Presentation: Keeping the office clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  4. Sales Support: Assisting in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
  5. Sales and Marketing Support: Providing administrative support for marketing campaigns, client outreach, and sales initiatives.
  6. Client Reception: Welcoming visitors, offering hospitality, and demonstrating our key solutions and services.
  7. Project Support: Assisting with order processing, project documentation, and scheduling to ensure smooth project delivery.

Desirable Skills and Experience
While not essential, the following experience and skills would be an advantage:

  1. Experience with Zoho One: Familiarity with the Zoho suite of applications, especially Zoho Books, would be beneficial.
  2. Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or support role.
