About This Role

The Office and Administration Assistant ensures smooth office operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining office hygiene and safety. This role supports all departments, facilitates communication, and helps maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Office Management & Operations
  2. Procurement & Inventory Management
  3. Vendor & Third-Party Contract Management
  4. Health, Safety & Security Compliance
  5. Administrative Support to Departments
  6. Communication & Coordination
  7. Personal Assistance to CEO

Preferred Education, Qualification, and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, communications, or secretarial studies.
  2. Additional training or certification in areas such as project management, event planning, or finance.
  3. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in assisting Founders and CEOs /CEOs/HNWIs and experience in carrying out personal PA tasks.
  4. Creative, dynamic, and always shows professionalism and courteousness.
  5. Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
