Job description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations: Vaccinated person is recommended.

Location: Sharjah - Dependably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).

Responsibilities:

  1. Aware of registration forms and stand out communication with parents and children.
  2. Able to prepare daily reports.
  3. Group work as well as perseverance.
  4. Take care of data in spreadsheets and reports.
  5. Keep documents and reports up to date.
  6. Assist in keeping the budget plan.
  7. Arrange and set up conferences and events.
  8. Monitor other team members and delegate responsibilities.
  9. Handle technological concerns in their area of expertise.
  10. Execute clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing files.
