Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
COVID-19 considerations: Vaccinated person is recommended.
Location: Sharjah - Dependably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
Responsibilities:
- Aware of registration forms and stand out communication with parents and children.
- Able to prepare daily reports.
- Group work as well as perseverance.
- Take care of data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Keep documents and reports up to date.
- Assist in keeping the budget plan.
- Arrange and set up conferences and events.
- Monitor other team members and delegate responsibilities.
- Handle technological concerns in their area of expertise.
- Execute clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing files.
