Position: Administrator

Function Summary: Paper Manager for Projects. Operating at [Dubai, United Arab Emirates]. Our administrative team plays a critical role in the smooth operation of our organization. With complicated, tough projects being undertaken daily, we require individuals who are knowledgeable in ensuring the ideal information is available in the right location and at the correct time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing management and business support to ensure the smooth running of projects.
  2. Ensuring information is available in an accurate and timely manner.
  3. Collecting, maintaining, and processing information and documents.
  4. Summarizing information to ensure a focus on key points.
  5. Creating and compiling reports to facilitate effective communication of details.

Requirements:

  1. Professional degree experience in departmental and management systems, as well as MS Office suite.
  2. Fluent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  3. Relevant experience in any of the following industries would be a benefit: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining.
  4. 2 years of relevant work experience.
  5. Intermediate vocational education in a management discipline or a bachelor's degree.
