Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Will look after the accommodation arrangements and setup.
  • Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Use safety precautions in all housekeeping services.
  • Ready to do field works if required.
  • Job requires activeness, attentiveness and a responsible attitude.
  • Maintaining the database for inventory.
  • Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the office premises and kitchen.
