Job description

Coordinate with all stores for all signage needed for sale/promotion, reflecting regional requirements.

Coordinate with VM & Marketing departments for instore signage needed for new launches, campaigns, new products and windows.

Ensuring PO’s and payments are delivered in line with company policy.

Create and maintain tracker of signage created, quantities and deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationship with the Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Store teams to ensure collaborative efforts towards effective Visual.

Provide exceptional internal customer service, assisting the marketing team on key projects, coordinating where necessary with approved agencies, third parties.

Create and maintain store signage database in line with the brand specification, location and dimensions.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. 3-4 years’ experience within a similar role managing multi brands.
  2. Fluent in English with Arabic.
  3. Experience with Admin work.
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. Must be expert with Microsoft Excel.
