Bloom Media, a dynamic and innovative media company based in Dubai, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for the position of Office Administrator. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our office, and we are specifically looking for a candidate who is fluent in Chinese.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Office Hours: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 6PM
Visa and Medical Insurance provided by Company
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Chinese.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Support various departments with administrative needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
