Location: Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Island

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to thrive in the real estate industry? Victor Sadygov is hiring an Office Administrator to ensure smooth office operations and provide vital support to agents and management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative & Operational Support
    Manage property listings on CRM systems, websites, and portals like Property Finder and Bayut.
    Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, and other documents.
    Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments.
    Handle client communication and maintain accurate records.
  2. Client & Marketing Assistance
    Provide exceptional customer service to clients and manage follow-ups.
    Support marketing efforts by preparing and distributing materials.
    Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for property listings.
  3. Financial & Office Management
    Process invoices, receipts, and commission payouts.
    Track office expenses and oversee supplies and equipment.
  4. HR & Event Coordination
    Assist with onboarding new staff and monitor attendance.
    Organize open houses, property events, and team activities.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in office administration, preferably in real estate.
  2. Proficient in CRM systems and platforms like Property Finder and Bayut.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations is a plus.
