Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Tranetech Software Solutions in Abu Dhabi. The Office Administrator will be responsible for Office & Finance Administrator, Managing employees, communication with stakeholders, customer service, and overall office administration tasks.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Finance Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency in using office equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of basic administrative processes
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
