Job Responsibilities:
Maintain office supplies, order new supplies when needed, and ensure that all equipment is in working order
Manage incoming calls and direct them as necessary
Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and in person; assist customers with any issues they may have
Prepare reports and presentations for meetings; participate in meetings when necessary
Create memos, emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence when needed
Monitor office expenditures; track budget expenses related to office operations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
At least 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator/Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software programs
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
