Office Administrator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily administrative operations, as well as providing support to upper management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office administration role, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing correspondence and emails
  2. Developing and implementing filing systems
  3. Managing incoming calls and inquiries
  4. Coordinating travel arrangements
  5. Providing timely reports to upper management
  6. Maintaining supplies inventory
  7. Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daily basis
  8. Overseeing general administrative activities

The ideal candidate must be extremely organized with strong attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to think critically and problem solve independently, be highly motivated with a strong work ethic, have proficient computer skills (MS Office), and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
