Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Job Type: Female Only

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  2. Manage general filing and work orders.
  3. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams through reports and spreadsheets.
  4. Issue, receive, type, and process various applications and forms.
  5. Assist with the processing of correspondence and notifications.
  6. Coordinate with team leads and managers on project costs and data entry.
  7. Maintain databases and handle invoices.
  8. Provide customer service and administrative support.

Qualifications:

Must have a good understanding of figures and numbers.
