Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage general filing and work orders.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams through reports and spreadsheets.
- Issue, receive, type, and process various applications and forms.
- Assist with the processing of correspondence and notifications.
- Coordinate with team leads and managers on project costs and data entry.
- Maintain databases and handle invoices.
- Provide customer service and administrative support.
Qualifications:
Must have a good understanding of figures and numbers.
