Office Management: Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Team Supervision: Oversee administrative staff (assistants, office boys, drivers, IT assistant) and provide support and feedback to ensure tasks are done effectively.
Department Oversight: Manage the administrative department to ensure all tasks are completed according to company goals.
Coordination: Serve as the liaison between the administrative department and other teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date company records.
Training & Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand their roles.
Compliance: Ensure all office operations comply with company policies and regulations.
Licensing & Registration: Oversee the management and renewal of trade licenses and other regulatory documents.
Tenancy Contracts: Coordinate the drafting, review, and renewal of property contracts.
Government Liaison: Act as the point of contact with government agencies for licenses, renewals, and other transactions.
Vessel Berthing Coordination: Handle the administrative tasks related to the berthing of vessels, ensuring compliance with regulations.
