Office Administration (Remote-Fresh Graduate):
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
- Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Ensure smooth office operations and provide general support to staff.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the UAE)
