Office Administration (Remote-Fresh Graduate):

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
  • Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and provide general support to staff.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the UAE)

Experience: This Position is indented for non graduates (No prior experience required)
