Job Description:

Main responsibilities:

  • Logistic support to the visitors coming from overseas i.e., hotel accommodation/transportation/gate pass etc.
  • Manage cleaning and maintenance teams working in our office.
  • Maintain visitors and employee attendance records.
  • Call transfers upon request from the customers.
  • Maintain courier in and out log records.
  • Manage and place orders for office supplies and consumables as per employees' requests.
  • Cold call customers to arrange meetings.
  • Provide support to the local GM with scheduling and meetings.
  • Support employees' business visa processing requirements (as and when necessary).
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  • Experience in an administrative or office environment.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
