Job Description:
Main responsibilities:
- Logistic support to the visitors coming from overseas i.e., hotel accommodation/transportation/gate pass etc.
- Manage cleaning and maintenance teams working in our office.
- Maintain visitors and employee attendance records.
- Call transfers upon request from the customers.
- Maintain courier in and out log records.
- Manage and place orders for office supplies and consumables as per employees' requests.
- Cold call customers to arrange meetings.
- Provide support to the local GM with scheduling and meetings.
- Support employees' business visa processing requirements (as and when necessary).
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Experience in an administrative or office environment.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
