Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Offer Marketing Leader to drive our offer strategy for the Gulf region. This role will oversee a team of offer managers specializing in H&D (Home & Distribution) and PP (Power Products) and will be responsible for enhancing market share, top-line growth, and profitability of our offers in this territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall offer strategy for HD and PP products in the Gulf region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of offer managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking and price positioning analysis to ensure our offers remain competitive and attractive in the market.
- Analytics & Forecasting: Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, monitor market trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for both internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with key stakeholders across supply chain, sales, marketing communications (marcom), channel marketing, pricing teams, as well as line of business (LOB) and factory teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
- Lifecycle Management: Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to Schneider Electric’s offer lifecycle processes, from development to market launch and ongoing management.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and promote offers, requiring extensive travel throughout the Gulf region.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant offers, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the H&D and PP product lines.
- Familiarity with market dynamics and competitive landscape in the Gulf region.
