Off Plan Sales Manager

Job Overview:

Banke International Properties is looking for an experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and drive our off-plan sales team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in the off-plan segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of property consultants, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed off-plan sales targets.
2. Identify new opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
3. Collaborate with developers and maintain strong relationships to secure the best projects.

Team Management & Development:

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants.
2. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
3. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support to achieve sales goals.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

1. Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
2. Provide clients with expert guidance on investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and smooth transaction processes.

Market Research & Reporting:

1. Stay updated on real estate trends, project launches, and competitive market conditions.
2. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in real estate off-plan sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
2. Strong network and experience in Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
5. UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
