Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Unique Property is looking to hire Property Consultants specializing in Off Plan Market. They will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in it. The ideal candidate should have experience of at least a year in Off Plan sales in Dubai.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends and identify their needs and preferences.
  • Generate leads (buyers and/or sellers) in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Promote sales through available advertisement channels, open houses, events, etc.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the secondary property value.
  • Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  • Follow proper documentation process for every transaction to ensure full compliance with the UAE real estate market rules and regulations.
  • Stay updated with market trends and conditions and counsel clients on all property-related matters, prices, and mortgage opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and suggest new and innovative ideas for lead generation.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Be involved in the preparation of loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the entire sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai Off Plan Market preferred.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with buyers.
  • Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work independently with great dedication.
  • Confident decision maker with a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Fluent in English and any other language is a plus.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.).
  • Team player.
