Commission Based Position
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Dubai's off-plan market, including current trends, key developments, and future outlook.
Guide clients through the process of purchasing off-plan properties, from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
Perform comparative market analysis to identify lucrative investment opportunities for clients.
Collaborate with developers to stay abreast of upcoming projects, payment plans, and exclusive offers.
Conduct presentations and consultations to educate clients on the benefits and processes associated with off-plan investments.
Maintain and update listings of available off-plan properties, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Develop a solid network within the industry, including developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to secure the best interests of the client and the company.
Remain compliant with UAE real estate laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions are transparent and lawful.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Off-Plan in Dubai Real Estate
Excellent communication skills | Mainly in English and additional language is a bonus
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
Must be ambitious and hardworking with strong work ethics
Able to bounce back from rejections, and solve problems creatively
Must have a UAE Driving License
