Oenologist

Job Title: Oenologist - Zayed City, UAE

We are looking for a passionate oenologist to join our team in Zayed City, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate must have a biometric passport and be willing to work full time without accommodation. This position is open to both men and women, and no English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on the processes of fermentation, aging, blending, and other aspects of winemaking.
2. Create new recipes for wines and analyze samples for quality control.
3. Assist with bottling operations and other tasks related to production.
4. Keep detailed records of experiments and findings.
