Oenologist

Oenologist - Malayalee Nationality Preferred - Musaffah, UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Musaffah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee national or of Malayalee descent, and have a solid understanding of oenology.

The successful applicant will be responsible for producing and analyzing wines, as well as conducting research into the production and quality control of wines. You will be expected to develop and maintain detailed records on all aspects of winemaking operations, including fermentation processes and ageing techniques. In addition, you must be able to make accurate laboratory testing results and present them to senior management.

You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in the oenology industry is preferred but not required; however, a willingness to learn is essential. This is a contract job without accommodation or visa sponsorship, so you must possess your own legal documents required for employment in the UAE.
