We are looking for a qualified Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for a Malayalee who is able to speak English and is comfortable relocating to the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Creating and improving wine recipes.
2. Managing the bottling process.
3. Developing new products.
4. Conducting laboratory tests on wine samples.
5. Organizing tastings and presentations.
6. Providing professional advice on winemaking techniques.
7. Monitoring the fermentation process and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
