Project Definition: Assist to define new projects, outlining project background, objectives, estimated costs, benefits, quality, and timeline.
Customer-Centric Development: Apply a customer-centric perspective when defining development opportunities.
Market Research: Assist in conducting research and market studies to understand customer expectations, demographics, and geographic conditions.
Design Briefs and Planning: Assist to develop design briefs, understand retail developments, space planning, and concept and schematic designs.
Space Planning Assessment: Assist in assessing space planning and operational design challenges, recommending improvements based on design vision and customer demographics.
Development Management Reporting: Support development management reporting, including status against milestones, financial reporting, and risk identification.
Development Review and Audit: Gather data for development review reports and assist in auditing retail design implementation.
Financial Appraisal: Demonstrate basic knowledge of financial and investment appraisal methodologies and assess potential investments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders using formal communication methods to progress actions and approvals.
Feasibility Studies: Assist in conducting feasibility studies, understand outcomes, and gather necessary data.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail/large-scale mixed-use Development projects.
Focus on shopping malls/Retail Development is a MUST.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Design & Construction) or equivalent.
