- Execute trading orders and implement trading strategies in the CMBS market.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify trading opportunities and inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with research, sales, and other trading desks to develop and execute client-focused trading strategies.
- Monitor and manage risk exposures, including market, credit, and operational risks.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and counterparties to facilitate trading activities.
- Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience, in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in CMBS trading, preferably within a financial institution or investment bank.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of fixed income markets, securitization, and financial modeling is preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses are a plus.
