Job Title : Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant - Supply Chain & Discrete Manufacturing : Dubai, UAE

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain and Discrete Manufacturing modules to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS applications, with a strong focus on supply chain and manufacturing processes.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, table structures, and workflows. Good understanding of accounting and costing principles is required. The candidate will collaborate with technical teams to develop reports, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements. Experience in Oracle Fusion will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Module Expertise :
   - Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Discrete Manufacturing modules, including Inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Progress (WIP), Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning.
   - Provide functional expertise in designing and optimizing business processes within the Oracle EBS environment.
2. Business Requirements Analysis :
   - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
   - Translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
3. Customization and Reporting :
   - Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop custom reports, interfaces, and extensions.
   - Ensure seamless integration between Oracle EBS modules and other enterprise systems.
4. Accounting and Costing Knowledge :
   - Apply basic knowledge of accounting and costing principles to support manufacturing and supply chain processes.
   - Assist in cost analysis, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
5. Testing and Training :
   - Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
   - Provide end-user training and create documentation for new processes and functionalities.
6. Support and Troubleshooting :
   - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system defects.
   - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Oracle EBS certification in Supply Chain or Manufacturing modules is a plus.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
