They have a market-leading corporate and commercial practice in Dubai and advise on M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work, including public and private M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions across the Middle East. You will be expected to take responsibility for significant elements of a transaction. This means that you must have significant transactional experience and strong transaction management skills.

Skills and Qualifications

We are currently seeking an outstanding Corporate lawyer with 6-9 years PQE and a proven track record of acting as lead associate on corporate transactions.

All candidates should be fluent in English and will have previous experience working in a top tier international law firm. You must have existing UAE practicing experience.
