9. Coordinate for interview education

12. Supervise the dietary requirements of the patient
13. Daily patient rounds and collect feedback
14. Prepare the unit for regulatory requirements and accreditation
15. Goal setting for staff
16. Annual appraisal and appraise the staff as and when required
