Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of children in their foundational years.

As a Nursery Teacher, you will create a safe, inspiring, and engaging learning environment. Our curriculum follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, fostering creativity, independence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children’s holistic development.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining detailed records and communicating with parents.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that respects and values each child’s individuality.
• Promote safety, well-being, and positive behaviour among children.

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, Bachelor's Degree in Early Years, or equivalent).
• A minimum of three years’ experience teaching in a reputable nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge and experience with the British EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent proficiency in English - communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, enthusiastic, and patient approach to working with young children.
• First Aid certification (preferred).
• Eligibility to work in Dubai (local hire).

Benefits & Remuneration:

• Salary: Inclusive tax-free salary (approx. AED 6,000 - 7,500 per month DOE)
• UAE resident visa and Medical Coverage: Coverage for self only
• Length of Contract: 2 years, renewable.
• Gratuity: Based on the UAE Labour Law
