Nursery Manager

The Opportunity:

We are looking to recruit an experienced & dynamic Admin Manager to join one of our nurseries located in Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

1. Support nursery function, including general administration duties as directed by the Nursery Manager.
2. Provide admission information including relevant documents when requested by prospective parents, & status of available places.
3. Assist Nursery managers in arranging tours.
4. Process applications and maintain waiting lists.
5. Manage and be well-versed in Handling Sales Force (adding new leads, updating current leads...)
6. Maintain ADEK daily checklist.
7. Update nursery bubbles & gate attendance sheets weekly.
8. Scan and fill excel forms for Cash Advance and reimbursements.
9. Prepare monthly maintenance quotations.
10. Coordinate with Head office, such as HR team, Finance, marketing, and sales team on any support required.
11. Keep proper employee documentation and coordinate with the HR & PRO for employee company documents.
12. Provide outstanding administrative support for the Nursery, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
13. Act as an integral part of the Nursery team, being a welcoming point of contact for parents and children both face-to-face and remotely.

Qualification:

• Must have a University Degree, preferably a Bachelor's in Business Administration.

Experience:

• Must have at least 3 years relevant experience in a similar setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas both written and verbally.
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Team spirited and able to make a positive contribution to children’s learning and well-being within a happy and caring environment.
