Job Description:

A prestigious VVIP family in Dubai is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse cum Caregiver to provide personalised care at their premium residence. The ideal candidate must be a registered nurse (RN) in their home country, Arabic speaker, and have at least 2 years of nursing or caregiving experience. This role involves delivering high-quality healthcare and caregiving services in a private, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to the family member(s), including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing basic medical needs.
2. Assist with daily personal care tasks, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance, as required.
3. Develop and maintain personalised care plans based on individual health needs.
4. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare professionals when necessary.
5. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, adapting care routines to the preferences and lifestyle of the family.
6. Communicate effectively with family members and other staff, providing regular updates on health and well-being.
7. Support the emotional and social needs of the family member(s), fostering a positive and respectful relationship.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from the home country.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a nurse or caregiver.
3. Arabic - only speaking (reading and writing is not required).
4. Strong understanding of patient care, including administering medication and handling medical equipment.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience working in private residences, with VIP or VVIP families, or in a luxury environment.
2. Certification in caregiving or elderly care is an advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response.
