Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our construction team in the UAE. The Nurse will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of employees by providing first aid, routine medical care, and health education. This role requires professionalism, dedication, and the ability to work in a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of workplace injuries or illnesses.
2. Conduct routine health checks and maintain accurate medical records for all employees.
3. Manage and stock first aid kits and medical supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies.
4. Collaborate with health and safety officers to promote adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Deliver health education and awareness sessions on topics such as workplace safety, hygiene, and wellness.
6. Assist in medical evacuations and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
7. Monitor the health status of employees, identifying and addressing potential health risks.
8. Prepare incident and treatment reports for submission to management and relevant authorities.
9. Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and company policies in all medical-related activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2. Valid nursing license in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in occupational health or a construction setting.
4. Certification in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
7. Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations.
8. Proficiency in maintaining medical records and preparing reports.
