The Job

• Preparing care plans for patients
• Administering medications and treatments
• Maintaining medical records
• Providing health education to patients
• Working with an interdisciplinary team to create a rehabilitation plan for patients
• Checking a patient’s vitals

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
