Job Specification: NRI Private Wealth Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 12,000AED to 30,000AED + Bonus

Position Overview: The NRI Private Wealth Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth non-resident Indian (NRI) clients. This role involves providing bespoke financial advice, investment management, and wealth planning services tailored to the unique needs of NRI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth NRI clients.
    • Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
    • Conduct regular reviews and updates with clients to ensure their financial plans remain aligned with their objectives.
  2. Financial Advisory:
    • Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services, including retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and education fee planning.
    • Develop and implement tailored investment strategies that meet clients' financial goals.
  3. Investment Management:
    • Construct and manage bespoke investment portfolios, ensuring diversification and alignment with clients' risk tolerance.
    • Monitor and review investment performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize returns.
  4. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NRI market.
    • Conduct seminars, webinars, and networking events to attract potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies targeting the NRI segment.
  5. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure all advisory activities comply with local and international regulatory standards.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on clients' financial plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory, with a focus on high-net-worth clients with a client portfolio and AUM that is transferable.
  3. In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth planning tools.
  4. Strong understanding of the financial and regulatory environment affecting NRI clients.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
