Job Description:

• Liaise with local authorities, governmental departments, and regulatory bodies to secure the necessary NOCs for ongoing projects.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all required documentation, permits, drawings, and approvals.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Track the approval process of all NOCs and ensure that they are obtained within the designated timelines.
• Conduct site inspections (if necessary) to confirm that the project complies with required permits and regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues or revisions requested by the authorities during the NOC process.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all NOC applications, approvals, and communications with authorities.
• Renew NOCs for ongoing projects and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an NOC Engineer or in a similar role, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations, municipal codes, and environmental laws.
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with local authorities.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
