NOC Engineer

They are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate UAE National to join their team in Dubai as a NOC Engineer. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in network operations. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage network operations from the Network Operations Center (NOC).
  
• Ensure the availability and stability of network systems and services.
  
• Respond to network issues and incidents on time.
  
• Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal network performance.
  
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate to senior engineers when necessary.
  
• Maintain and update network documentation, including logs, reports, and configurations.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve network-related issues.
  
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software solutions.
  
• Participate in routine system backups, software updates, and patches.
  
• Assist with the planning and implementation of network upgrades or enhancements.
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of network principles, systems, and protocols (such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  
• Good understanding of basic network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  
• UAE National preferred.
