NLP Engineer

Your Role:

As the NLP Engineer/Architect, you will:

1. Design and implement cutting-edge NLP models to enhance customer interaction and streamline financial operations.
2. Develop and refine Arabic NLP solutions to ensure localization and exceptional user experience in Arabic-speaking markets.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to create tailored NLP solutions.
4. Lead the research and adoption of the latest advancements in NLP and AI.
5. Optimize performance and scalability for global applications.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven expertise in NLP technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar.
2. Strong experience with transformer models (e.g., BERT, GPT) and working with Arabic NLP models.
3. A deep understanding of the unique linguistic and cultural nuances of the Arabic language.
4. A background in machine learning and deep learning techniques.
5. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
7. A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
