Understanding and achieving category sales targets.
Ensuring availability through timely replenishment and returning damaged/non-moving products to DC and DSD vendors.
Maintaining cleanliness and QHSE standards on shelves for FMCG/GM merchandise to ensure good quality products reach the customer.
Properly registering transactions through the POS system by handling cash and valuables and operating/registering transactions (physical/electronic) with no discrepancies.
Providing direct and indirect customer service by maintaining proper displays, correct prices, and signage, if applicable.
Actively participating in in-store activities and any other store activities as delegated by the supervisor (sales promotions, charity campaigns, inventory checks, etc.).
