Job Description:

1. Generate new business leads through cold calling and telesales.
2. Build relationships with potential clients (ideally within the real estate space) and identify their FX cross border payment needs.
3. Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to clients.
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
5. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the FX industry.
7. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-study.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. At least 2 years of experience in telesales, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to convert leads into sales.
3. Knowledge of the real estate industry would be a significant advantage.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
6. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).
