Job Title: Network Senior Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi

Contract Duration: 1 year (Renewable)

Job Summary

The Network Senior Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing company's network infrastructure, ensuring its security, reliability, and performance. This role also includes managing data centers, supporting business continuity, and mentoring junior staff while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network infrastructure diagrams for new projects and data center enhancements.
• Manage Cisco technologies, including Cisco ISE, Meraki installations, and Active Directory integration.
• Implement multi-WAN aggregation for optimal network performance and redundancy.
• Design and manage hybrid network configurations, including on-premise and Azure traffic flows.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VLANs, and advanced switching and routing technologies.
• Develop and maintain automated processes for network backups and disaster recovery.
• Monitor and tune network performance to ensure minimal downtime.
• Oversee daily network operations across multi-site environments, including LAN, WAN, and wireless segments.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve networking issues promptly.
• Manage network-related projects and coordinate with vendors for robust solutions.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and managing complex network infrastructures across multi-site environments.
• Strong expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki WiFi systems, and Azure networking components.
• Experience in multinational companies; energy and utility sector preferred.
  
  

• Proficiency in network planning, security best practices, and hybrid cloud operations.
• Advanced knowledge of firewall management, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively.
