Network Security Engineer

From experience, the ideal candidate will have:

1. The expertise to architect, develop, and troubleshoot large production-grade distributed systems on either AWS or GCP, and select the appropriate tools to tackle business problems at the right scale.
2. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
3. A scripting or programming background with shell/bash scripts and one or more of the following: Python, Go, Rust, C, C++ or Java.
4. Networking experience (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, SDN, and VPNs).
5. Experience troubleshooting Linux machines (system resource management, cgroups, storage and file systems, network configuration, and so on).
6. Familiarity with debugging, refactoring, and optimizing code, and the experience to know when and how to automate tasks.
7. Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
