Corroborate with Revenue management teams to build route strategies in co-ordination with leadership to introduce/implement new routes/frequencies to the Network, measure performance & update senior leadership.
Lead the review of business cases created by network planning for structural and seasonal cases with Regional revenue management teams.
Negotiate and challenge any Network Planning assumptions and provide alternative assumptions.
Continuously monitor Network performance for incremental revenue opportunities.
Identify gaps between Etihad & partner carriers and co-ordinate with Revenue/network planning teams to minimize these and capitalize on opportunities.
Support strategic evaluations related to fleet configurations and hub structures.
