Network Field Support Engineer

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in network deployment, site surveys, and field support.

- Hands-on experience with installation of SD-WAN routers, network switches, wireless APs, and data center networking.

- Proficiency in rack-mounting, cabling, power cycling, and port mapping.

- Knowledge of Wi-Fi design, RF site surveys, and troubleshooting methodologies (good to have).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide support during non-business hours.

- Strong understanding of network diagrams, wiring schematics, and cabling standards.

- Experience using manlift/boom lift/scaffolding for high-mount AP installations (preferred).

- Must be physically fit for handling/lifting equipment weighing 15-20 kg and working at heights.
