This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for networking and a desire to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Engineers will be mainly responsible for troubleshooting L1 issues and coordinating with senior engineers for L2 & L3 issues.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Support network monitoring and performance analysis using various tools.
Troubleshoot network issues and assist in resolving connectivity problems.
Collaborate with senior engineers to configure and manage routers, switches, WLCs, and firewalls.
Participate in network documentation and maintain accurate records of configurations and changes.
Assist in the deployment of network security measures and policies.
Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users as needed.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in networking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Subnetting).
