Typical Day in the Role

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is part of the Customer and Security/Trust team. It comprises monitors and other devices that are used by customers who come for the tour. Need someone to support if something goes wrong with those services. This really helps Microsoft bring in new revenue and gain more customer goodwill.

Key Projects: This role will contribute to Hardware Infrastructure maintenance and Azure virtual machine patching.
