Network Development Specialist

The Network Development Specialist is accountable for providing support to ensure that the Distributor Regional Standards (DRS) are met. This job supports the development and implementation of projects defined according to signed network development plans agreed.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor and analyse market dynamics to assist in formulating effective network development strategies and plans.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date network information, keeping abreast of Sales & After-Sales network requirements and changes in the market. Identify network and capacity adjustments and report these to management.
3. Identify the Sales and After-Sales operational aspects requiring network development.
4. Track both the company's and competitors' network statuses and touch points.
5. Support the preparation of regular reports on network performance, expansion progress, and market trends to senior management.
6. Assist with the identification and implementation of possible and feasible improvement opportunities to maximise the outcome of the network.
7. Support the implementation of measures and tasks for network development projects, ensuring their efficient implementation and management.
8. Understand the dealer standard and requirements of Daimler AG and support the development of the implementation strategy and measures for the Sales and After-Sales operation.
9. Monitor the implementation of dealer standards in Sales & After-Sales locations.
10. Ensure precise translation of up-to-date Daimler AG Dealer Standards for Sales and After-Sales operation.
11. Periodically support the evaluation of compliance levels of Sales and After-Sales locations and recommend corrective actions.
12. Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.
13. Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

WORK EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Network Development of the Automobile Industry.

Autoline experience preferred (PoS and Report Generation).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Relevant bachelor’s degree in related field.
