JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and implementing the full project life cycle and providing support for NetSuite to clients. Bring deep business process knowledge to identify and analyze clients' business requirements, design and propose solutions, and provide post go-live support. Ensure seamless transition through the customer lifecycle while working closely with external and internal stakeholders.
KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Leverage extensive experience of NetSuite to implement end-to-end project deliveries (preferably international experience).
Evaluate customers' business requirements, needs, and objectives and transform them into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.
Document requirements and translate them into proper system requirements using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.
Support multiple clients concurrently with aggressive timelines to achieve objectives, including client satisfaction and implementation profitability.
Lead design activities defining requirements, testing, and provide direction to customers and junior consultants.
Customize and configure solutions to customer requirements, including integration.
Define and prepare Functional Specification Documents.
Provide functional expertise to support the development of customizations, integrations, reports, and data migration scripts.
Lead testing activities and test requirements for each phase of the project lifecycle.
Support change management activities and advise on potential benefits.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
Provide support and knowledge transfer to functional and technical staff, internal and external stakeholders in the support and use of new or existing systems.
Act as the primary point of reference for questions, suggestions, and complaints regarding change configuration.
Ensure appropriate levels of product training are provided, and user manuals are shared with clients.
Provide ongoing post go-live support to optimize user adoption.
Take ownership of tasks and complete them within the deadline.
Identify and implement best practices, standards, and regulations.
Participate in project progress meetings and proactively identify risk areas.
Perform independent analysis of client situations and challenges without requiring detailed direction.
Form conclusions, strategies, and recommendations that help our clients make informed decisions.
Provide direction to junior team members on projects.
Assist management in defining the overall project tasks and work plan.
With guidance from firm leadership, identify and pitch new business development opportunities for existing clients.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
NetSuite certifications are mandatory.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 4 years of experience in NetSuite implementation.
Strong business process skills in Finance, Warehouse management, procure-to-pay, Lead-to-cash, Project Management, Finance, and inventory.
