Nephrologist Consultant

SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Nephrologist Specialist / Consultant to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing kidney-related disorders, providing comprehensive care to patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and electrolyte imbalances.

As a Nephrologist Specialist / Consultant, you will perform assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will be vital in providing education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their conditions and treatment options.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and manage patients with renal diseases and related conditions
• Conduct kidney biopsies and other diagnostic procedures
• Manage dialysis treatments and oversee renal transplant processes
• Collaborate with other specialists to ensure integrated care for patients
• Educate patients regarding kidney health, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications
• Stay current with advancements in nephrology through continuous education
• Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Medical degree with a specialization in Nephrology
• Completion of an accredited residency in internal medicine followed by a fellowship in nephrology
• Board certification / eligibility in Nephrology
• Proven experience in managing chronic kidney disease and renal replacement therapies
• Strong knowledge in interpreting renal function tests and diagnostic imaging
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
