We are hiring freshers for a reputed E-Commerce BPO for Voice and Backend process.

Responsibilities:

1. The candidate is required to attend to customer calls and provide them the required information.
2. The candidate should be able to understand the clients' complaints and work upon resolving them.
3. The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customers.

Educational Requirements:

1. High School / Graduates / BTech / Dropouts

Basic Computer Knowledge, Good Typing Skills, Good Communication Skills. Looking for Immediate Joiners.
