Need Head Barista

Position: Head Barista
Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month

Work Hours:

• 9 hours per day
• Weekly one day off

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the barista team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior baristas to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
